A Collaborative Experience
Your partnership with our team will begin with a complimentary consultation during which we’ll get to know each other and determine if there’s a mutual fit. We believe that it’s important for you to meet with each of our financial planners at this time in order to align your situation with whoever is best suited to support your financial journey.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll present an engagement letter that outlines our engagement, details the services we will provide, and how we will conduct business with each other. Once you’ve signed this letter and paid your first invoice, we will move forward with the financial planning process.

What Can You Expect?
Comprehensive Financial Plan
We offer a variety of financial planning packages. For our Comprehensive Financial plan that includes one year of services, our typical process looks like this:
01
Discovery
Once we’ve decided to work together, we’ll take the opportunity to understand how you handle your personal finances. We will seek clarity on the statements provided, request information we’re missing, as well as ask questions to understand the details of your financial life.
02
Strategy
During our strategy meeting, we’ll take a “three thousand foot view” of your plan. We’ll present different options on how we can proceed and clarify the assumptions we’re making on your financial plan.
03
Deep Dive
Once we have the relevant details and have settled on assumptions, we’ll move forward to each individual module. Modules are determined by the package you’ve purchased and can be viewed below.
04
Review & Implementation
We will typically meet or touch base every 4-6 weeks throughout your engagement. Once we’ve covered the appropriate modules, we’ll be available to answer any questions about implementation, review alternative options, or address any lingering financial questions you may have.
Overview of Modules
Cash Flow & Retirement
We’ll dig into your cash flow both before and during retirement. A full analysis of your current situation, including discussing Social Security and pensions, will allow us to make suggestions and recommendations that are appropriate in pursuing your goals.
Investment Planning
We will review and evaluate your existing investment strategy and make recommendations for potential improvements.
Risk Management
In this module, we will look at the many “potholes” down the road of your financial life. Through analysis and experience, we’ll help come up with strategies on how to manage these risks.
Tax Strategies
While we are not tax advisors, we will conduct a review of your tax situation. When available, we will make suggestions on how to manage your investments in a tax-efficient way.
Estate Planning
We will review your estate plan, beneficiary designations and any trusts you have set up. We will point out areas that may warrant additional considerations and review any potential tax implications. If necessary and appropriate, we will advise you to speak to an estate attorney.
Education Planning
If you have children and plan to help cover the cost of higher education, we will devise a plan to support you in addressing your goals. There are various stages for covering these costs.
Additional Modules & Services
We offer financial planning services for various topics including real estate investment analysis, support for family businesses and partnerships, complex trusts, planning to support aging parents, and planning for major financial decisions.
Retirement Plan
Our Retirement Level plan focuses on your retirement goals. Meetings included in this package involve discovery, strategy and cash flow in retirement.
